Print Quality Issues
If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Change of Mind
Since each print is produced on demand, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.
How to Start a Return
Email us at ahmad.photographs@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
