BORN IN CAIRO,
INSPIRED BY THE WORLD.
Photography, for me, is about slowing down and noticing the moments or things that often pass by unseen.
Chasing light wherever it shines. A quiet street corner, a reflection in a window or a puddle, or sometimes the first light over a mountain.
I’m Egyptian, and I grew up between Muscat and Cairo. Those early years gave me a sense of movement and curiosity that I still carry with me today.
Now based in Berlin, I continue to seek out images that carry the atmosphere of a place, whether it’s the restless energy of a city street or the quiet balance of a landscape at dawn.
I’ve never liked putting labels on myself as a “street photographer,” “travel photographer,” or any other category.
Photography is more personal than that.
As someone with ADHD, the camera has become my way of connecting with the outside world.
It helps me focus, slow down, truly see what’s in front of me, and immerse myself in the environment I’m in. Instead of being overwhelmed by the noise of a place.
I move between film and digital cameras, letting each format guide how I see and frame a scene.
My work doesn’t fit neatly into one box. Sometimes it’s people, sometimes it’s architecture, sometimes it’s landscapes.
The thread tying it together is not the subject, but curiosity and the act of paying attention and being present in a way that feels grounding and meaningful. Almost like therapy.
I offer these images as fine art prints, carefully selected to bring the atmosphere of the places I’ve experienced into your own space.
Every print is made with quality materials, so the colors, textures, and details remain true for years to come.
Whether you’re drawn to the intimacy of a single moment or the vastness of a landscape, my hope is that my photographs invite you to pause, reflect, and feel connected.
